Outstanding Learning Assistant Award
Beginning in 2015 this award is offered as a benefit of membership. Physics Department Chairs who are current 91ߣɫ members may nominate one Outstanding Learning Assistant at that institution to be recognized with an 91ߣɫ Outstanding Learning Assistant Award. The award winner receives a complimentary one-year Student Membership in 91ߣɫ with electronic access to the American Journal of Physics and The Physics Teacher. The award includes a certificate, letter of recognition, and sample press release for your local media. (Departments that want to recognize additional LAs can pay the Student Membership dues for each awardee.)
Nominations accepted April 1st through June 30th.
